**ALL RETURN PRODUCT MUST BE PACKED CAREFULLY; BROKEN, DAMAGED, or USED/SEAL BROKEN PRODUCT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.

We want you to feel confident with your purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to: [email protected]. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof.

For undamaged, unopened product, you will have up to 30 days to return the product., with the exception of Complementary Offer; shipping cost only and not refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund of the purchase price of any unused/seal not broken portion of the product order, excluding shipping, restocking fees, and any applicable sales tax. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: RETURNS AND REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE DONE ON PRODUCTS WITH UNOPENED/UNBROKEN SAFETY SEAL. REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONCE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY FULFILLMENT AND INSPECTED. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING AT CUSTOMERS COST, AND ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCT RETURN. We highly recommend that returns be sent through a carrier that will advise on correct packaging of item, insure item, and track item. Partial order returns are acceptable, however any items not sent back, or opened items sent back will be deducted from the total of the refund.

All DISCOUNT promotional product sales that were not charged shipping and cancel or return shipment RTS may be subject to shipping charge of $6.95 on one item purchase, and up to $9.95 for multi item purchases as company pays for shipping of the product and shipping for returns. All product returns will incur a re-stocking fee of as company is charged by the fulfillment center to restock a return.

Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA (return authorization number) to facilitate in the return process and insure that the refund is credited to the correct account, at 1-800-341-6119. Returns without RMA number will take longer to inspect and refund. Please be advised that return to sender packages will take your post office longer to send back to the fulfillment center.
